Project Description:
Installation of six catch basins in series across the yard adjacent to the client’s property to manage surface water efficiently and prevent flooding and overflow into the yard. Catch basins will be connected by underground PVC drainage piping, leading to an outflow at the street, ensuring proper drainage and water management.

Scope of Work:
Site Preparation & Excavation
Mark out locations for 6 catch basins and trench lines for pipes
Excavate sites for catch basins (~4 ft x 4 ft x 4 ft each) and trenches for piping
Catch Basin Installation
Install six precast concrete catch basins with grates
Drainage Pipe Installation
Connect all catch basins with 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe
Extend pipe from last catch basin to street outflow point
Install pipe fittings, cleanouts as needed
Backfilling & Compaction
Backfill excavations with gravel and soil, compacted to prevent settling
Surface Restoration
Replace sod or seed around all disturbed areas
Cleanup
